I chose a bulletin board as the engine for this site as it allows the maximum number of people to see instant results from the intellectual contribution of other family members -- without waiting for me to have time to add it to a web site.
It isn't a concept unfamiliar to most -- and easy enough to quickly pick up for those who have never used a board.
