Dearest Padre,
Please know that we are blessed and honored to have you as our father.Same goes for you Madre! Never in our lives have we been told we could NOT do something we wanted to do (ok, ok, there was that acid incident, but I digress). You and mom have always encouraged us to follow our hearts and to be all that we can be (did you guys steal that phrase or what?). Looking around in this day and age that is not to be taken lightly (wish I was lighter...sorry my other personality wants to talk too). People don't seem to love their children enough to encourage them and give them the unconditional love that you guys have shown to us. For this we will all be forever grateful. Looking at our family you have to know what a great thing you did. I love with all of my heart ALL of my brothers and sisters.....and the in laws....well they're really out-laws like us. There is no blood needed to call them my seeesters. Looking at the grandchildren there is no doubt that this sillly family is something others should aspire to be! I am so proud to be a Schultz and wish others could really understand what that is.
